COST ARTS Roadmap

We have produced the first (draft) version of the Network's Roadmap. This is in 4 sections: each section is roughly in line with the 4 working groups in the Network. These first versions are yet to be refined and completed, but we have published them anyway as they contain some interesting and useful material. Very importantly, we solicit feedback on each of them from the community - please forward any comments / reviews of them to the Action Chair (note: we are aware of the incomplete sections! these will be updated throughout the year).
